Your Privacy Matters

Artebooking objective is to connect the world’s art professionals to allow them to be more productive and successful. It is important that our registered users ("Members") can control and change their Artebooking information at any time by editing their profile, deleting content that tehy have posted, or by closing their account. We may share your information with your consent or as required by law, and we will always let you know when we make significant changes to this Privacy Policy. Our registered users ("Members") share their professional identities, find ou new contacts , exchange knowledge and professional insights, post and view relevant content, and find business and career opportunities Content on some of our services is also visible to unregistered viewers "Visitors".

When you create an account with us, we collect information (including your name, email address, and password). We collect information when you fill out a profile. A complete Artebooking profile includes professional details – like your company, job title, education, and skills

Following information are collected: gender, surname, name, e-mail, phone, address, password, city, zip, country, short profile information (status), profile information, pictures, company or institution, job, job position, art favourites (tags), connection IP address. Members also fill out information on their pages, gallery and blog. These information are under members responsability and can not be detailed in this provacy policy.

Following information are "public" and can be seen by others, members, visitors and search engines: gender, surname, name, city, zip, country, short profile information (status), profile picture, company or institution, job, art favourites (tags). By registering or continuing to use our Services means that you are consenting that these information are public and can be seen by others.

We use cookies and similar technologies, including mobile application identifiers, to identify you across different Services, learn about your interests both on and off our Services, improve your experience, increase security, measure use and effectiveness of our Services, and serve advertising. We are not providing your non "public" personal information to third parties without your consent (e-mail address, phone ou address),unless required by law, and with the exception of the onlines sales and buy processes and when you share/recommand an Artebooking page to others. We do not rent or sell personal information that you have not posted on our Services, except as described in this Privacy Policy. Other people may find your Artebooking profile and personal information through search engines or use services like Google, Facebook, Live, or Twitter wich can also be linked with your Artebooking account.

Artebooking offers a "private profile" modus enabling to restrict displaying your personal informationn to your Artebooking contacts. By activating "private profile" modus in your account settings means taht only your "public" personal information can be seen by others, members and visitors, as well as search engines, such as : surname, name, city, zip, country, arts favourites (tags) and your short profile information (status) Both public and private profile may be indexed and displayed through search engines. Please note that, third-party search engines may not automatically update their caches, which may contain old public profile information.

If there is a change in control or sale of all or part of Artebooking, we may share your information with a third party, who will have the right to use that information in line with this Privacy Policy. Any third party to which we transfers or sells our assets will have the right to continue to use the personal and other information that you provide to us in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy.

We may share your information with your consent or as required by law, and we will always let you know when we make significant changes to this Privacy Policy.

We may process your information outside the country where you live. Your personal information are stored and process in European Union countries.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed. For example, we may keep certain information even after you close your account if it is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, or enforce this agreement.

Messages

With certain messages you send on our Services, the recipient can see your surname, name, address, city, zip, country, email address, and some profile information. Messages you sent during online sales and buy processes provide the recipient with your full identity including address and e-mail address. Messages you sent out to share Artebooking pages provide the recipient with your e-mail address, accordingly to anti SPAM rules.

By using our Services, you consent that Artebooking may send messages to you. We may send you messages relating to the availability of the Services, security, promotion of services or other service-related issues.

By using our Services, you consent that the messages sent to you on Artebooking are also notify to you on your e-mail address given while your created or modified your personal Artebooking account.

Publication and content

You are responsible for any information you post on our Services, and this content will be accessible to others. If you post or share information within Groups, share and post content on news stream (chronicles and groups chronicles), or setup a blog or any other content, you should be aware that any information you choose to disclose using any of our services can be read, collected, and used by other Members, visitors and other third parties. We are not responsible for the information you choose to submit on our services. You should be aware that your posts on groups discussions may be public and searchable on the Internet if the group owner has not closed the group for public viewving. You can identify "private" (closed) groups by the locker icon next to the group name.. You can remove your Groups posts at any time. However, others may have copied and used the information that you shared before you deleted them.

Your Rights & Obligations

You can change your Artebooking information at any time by editing your profile, deleting content that you have posted, or by closing your account. You can also ask us for additional information we may have about your account.

You have to meet Artebooking’s minimum age requirements to create an account. Artebooking’s minimum age is defined in our Terms of Use.

As requested by law, you have a right to access, modify, correct, or delete your personal information controlled by Artebooking regarding your profile, change or remove your content, and close your account. You can request your personal information that is not viewable on your profile or readily accessible to you through Artebooking contact form.
