The Jolie lampshade is created with hand-dyed silk in a fade from ecru to pale blue. Next, a layer of extraordinary Chantilly leavers lace from France, featuring beads, sequins, and ribbon work in pale blue and peach with a fabulous French motif. The top portion of the shade is layered with antique metal lace in cream with gold metal threads. Next, a meandering garland of antique ribbon featuring tiny multicolored ribbon flowers encircles the shade. Trimmed with antique metal lace in bronze, and beaded with rose quartz, opalescent drops and shimmering faceted beads. Provides a warm glow when lit.
The antique lamp base is a stunning cast metal specimen featuring meandering vines and tiny flowers that are hand painted to match the antique ribbon work. Hand painted finial, handmade pull-chain jewel. The base is rewired by a certified electrician using new UL Listed parts. Medium socket, pull chain switching.
